So for dinner I put together a meal. I breaded chicken breasts with almond flour, made Paleo marinara, and used the “cheese” from the Paleo Pizza recipe I found http://www.paleocupboard.com/paleo-pizza.html. That Paleo pizza recipe is amazing. Although, I wouldn’t recommend eating the “cheese” on it’s own, it’s pretty good melted on other food. It reminds me of parmesan cheese. Also, the pizza dough is SO GOOD!! I’m gonna try using it for other things instead of just as pizza dough, like maybe put some spicy tuna salad on it. Yum! Keep ya posted! Nothing compares to NYC pizza, but this Paleo pizza will do just fine. 🙂
